Muscle Mending Jam has a Cayenne pepper infusion which creates a natural pain reliever called Capsaicin that is warming and proven to help with arthritis. The lanolin used acts as an emollient and locks in the healing properties of the herbal infusions and essential oils, helping it absorb into the tissues.
